William Blyvens (or Vicary) Wallace was the son of William Wallis and Hannah Vicary.1 
Biographical Note* Little is known about William. His name appears in a notice of a Sheriff's sale in the Royal Gazette, date 17 April 1832, in Charlottetown. It is thought that he left the Island and settled in the Miramichi area of New Brunswick, and has not been heard from since.1

Obituary: Death of Former Summerside Man
The sympathy of friends will go to Mr. Harold R. Walsh of Summerside in the death of his brother, Frank Walsh of Charlottetown, who died last Wednesday. The deceased was a native of Summerside, but prior to taking ill two years ago he had been a resident of Sydney for about 35 years. He was a son of the late Captain and Mrs. James H. H. Walsh and was unmarried. Besides his brother Harold he leaves to mourn three sisters: Mrs. Myron Bowness, Charlottetown; Mrs. Grace Brundage, Halifax; and Florence in Calgary. The funeral was held from the residence of Mr. H. R. Walsh, Summerside, on Friday afternoon. Rev. John Jarvie officiated. Pallbearers were Messrs. L. R. Allen, Thos. Bishop, Peter G. Clarke, W. B. MacKay, Albert Leard and Chas. McIvor. Interment in Peoples' Cemetery.3

"A well-known retired travelling hardware goods man, Harold Roy (Hal) Walsh, 29 Spring St., Summerside, died this morning in Prince County Hospital at the age of 81 years. He was born in Summerside, son of Capt. James H. Walsh and Ellen (Clay) Walsh and had resided here all his life. As a youth (16) he became employed with the firm of R.T. Holman Ltd. here and remained with the store until his retirement at the age of 70 years. In the store for a time, he was in charge of the sporting goods department and for many years was one of the firm's travelling hardware goods men. Mr. Walsh belonged to Trinity United Church and was a member of the local Hiram and Lebanon Lodge, A.F. and A.M. Besides his wife, the former Grace Bowness of Montrose, P.E.I., he is survived by a daughter Evelyn (Mrs. F.J. Bayer), St. Margaret's Bay, Halifax Co. and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Jennie, Mrs. Bryon Bowness, residing at the Tyne Valley Nursing Home. Funeral arrangements are not yet completed."1,3
