On 21 Sept 1811 Hezekiah Estabrooksbought lots 42 to 48 inclusive in the Parish of St. Mary's in the Countyof York on the South East side of the Nashwaak River and part ofPennyauck Island, from John Harris and his wife who were MarylandLoyalists. (York County Record Book D4 page 87). On 19 Sept 1814, he andJohn Mazer, as trustees of the Calvanist Baptist Church, bought a lot ofland from John Coy for a church. This was in the Parish of St. Mary's onthe west side of the Nashwaak River on the main road. (York CountyRecords Records D4 pg. 280). In 1819 he sold his land on Marquapit Laketo his father Elijah Estabrooks III. Date of death is uncertain.
