For the past three years he has been employed at the Neilson Furniture Co. store, of which firm his brother, Robert Glover, is manager.
He came west from Prince Edward Island three years ago. He had been in good health, and took sick suddenly Saturday afternoon and was immediately removed to his brother's residence, where he passed away. His death was caused by hemorrhage of the brain.
The deceased was a Free Mason and was past-master of the Crescent Lodge, A.F., and A.M., and a past Z. of Crescent Chapter R.A.M. The deceased was for many years associated with Dr. Darrach in the Reuben Tuplin Company at Kensington, where he was born. He had many friends in Summerside, where he was well known. Mr. G. Henry Walker, Central Street, is a cousin of the late Mr. Glover.".5 |

Obituary: "David Walker Glover, aged 64, died suddenly on his way to work on Tuesday morning, January 6th, in Dickens, Iowa. The deceased was the second son of the late John and Margaret Walker Glover, of Kensington. Besides a widow, Mr. Glover is survived by four sons and one daughter, also two brothers, and four sisters namely: Alvin in the old home at Kensington, Robt., of Calgary, Alta., Mrs. Eva Crozier, also of Calgary, Mrs. Samuel Bernard of St. Eleanors, and Jessie and Fannie Glover of Lynn, Mass". The informant for his death certificate was his wife Bertha (Hines), of Dickens, Iowa.8,9,3 |
