Marriage*She married Thomas Carroll Walker Sr., son of Robert Walker and Elizabeth Cairns, on 16 December 1880. In Nathrop, Chaffee County, Colorado, U.S.A., 38.712849,-106.200185. "Married: At Lathrop (sic), Colo., on the 16th of December, by James E. France, J.P., Thomas C. Walker, son of Robert Walker, Esq., of New Annan, PEI, to Miss Mary Link, of St. Louis, MO." (The Examiner, 25 February 1881, p. 4, col. 1).
Charles "Chuck" Parker states that in reporting the wedding of Mary and Thomas, the paper in Prince Edward Island used the surname Link for Mary. Chuck speculates that Virginia Brown may have married twice, and the first husband was a Link.4,2

Enumerated in the household with Thomas (age 34) were his wife Mary Martha Hawkins (age 24), their daughter Elizabeth (age 3), their son Robert (age 1), Mary's mother Virginia Hawkins (age 42), Mary's brother Logan (age 12). Also in the household were a servant and 10 boarders. The occupation of Thomas was recorded as "stockman", likely referring to cattle.5

The 1900 census states that Mary had 7 children, four of whom were living at that time. The census also states that her father was born in Missouri and her mother in Illinois.2

James Larsh was a fireman with the railroad.7

Death*She died on 13 July 1913, at age 53, in Crook County, Oregon, U.S.A.. From the newspaper the Herald Democrat in Leadville, Colorado: "17 July 1913, Mrs. Thomas Walker, the widow of "Tom" Walker, one of Leadville's early day policemen and one-time cattleman of the Arkansas Valley, died in Oregon, according to a letter received by County Attorney J. W. Clarke".2 
Burial*She was buried in Maupin, Oregon, U.S.A..1
