"In 1913, she was united in marriage with Robert W. Walker. To this union were born two sons. Robert Lee Walker, Hermosa Beach, Calif. who is here and SSgt. Merle E. Walker, who has been serving overseas and hasn't been contacted as yet.
"Mr. and Mrs. Walker were employed for a number of years by the Mountain States Telephone Co. Mr. Walker drowned in 1932.
"Mrs. Walker continued to work for the telephone company until last January, when she retired from active work.
"Surviving besides the sons, Lee and Merle, are two grandsons, Larry and Richard Walker, her mother, Mrs. Sadie J. Gilbreath; three sisters, Mrs E. Alley, Yellowstone, Wyo., Mrs. Dewey Brown. Palisade and Mrs. Marie Holmes of Long Beach, Calif., one brother, Douglas Gilbreath who is serving with the navy and who was called to Palisade by Mrs. Walker's death; two uncles, Clay Gilbreath, Uravan, and Red Gilbreath, Apache, Okla.
