Sarah Palmer (1796-?). Photo courtesy of John Elliott. This is the only known photograph of a child of our oldest Marcus Palmer and Ann Slocum. John acquired this photo from Arlie Palmer, who said that Sarah had a "withered" hand (her right), possibly due to some sort of paralysis or arthritis.
