Robert, Norman and Lloyd; Samuel, of Sherbrooke and Miss Cecilia of the Canadian West, who recently arrived home. His surviving brothers and sisters are: Charles, of Summerside; William, in the United States; Mrs. J. F. Tuplin, in California; Mrs. G. W. Robinson and Mrs. Josephus Smallman, of Summerside, and Mrs. Wesley Wood of Dunstaffnage." Obituary (Summerside Journal): "The death of Mr. Thomas Waugh of Wilmot, which occurred at his home there on Sunday evening after an illness of about three weeks, is a matter of deep regret. Mr. Waugh who was 66 years of age was one of the most prominent and progressive farmers of the Province, his name being known throughout Canada as the originator of the Waugh strain of Banner oats. He was one of the first men in Prince Edward Island to select oats for the Canadian Seed Growers Association.
