Birth*Catherine Howard was born circa 1521.1 
She was the daughter of Lord Edmund Howard and Jocasta "Joyce" Culpeper of Oxon Hoath.1 
Marriage*Catherine Howard married King Henry Tudor VIII, son of Henry VII Tudor King of England and Elizabeth of York, in July 1540. When Henry's marriage to Anne of Cleves was annulled on 9 July 1540 rumours persisted that Catherine was pregnant by Henry.2 
Death*Catherine Howard died on 13 February 1542, in Tower of London, England, 51.508056,-0.076111; Catherine lost her title as queen on 23 November 1541, and imprisoned in Syon House, Middlesex, throughout the winter of 1541/42. She was taken to the Tower of London on 10 February 1542. She was beheaded for treason at 7:00 on 13th February 1542.1

Burial*She was buried in Chapel of St. Peter ad Vincula, London, Middlesex, England, 51.508611,-0.076944. The Chapel of St. Peter ad Vincula is close to the Tower of London. Catherine's body was buried in an unmarked grave, where the body of her cousin, Anne Boleyn, is also buried. Catherine's body was identified during restorations of the chapel during Queen Victoria's reign. She is commemorated on a plaque on the west wall dedicated to all of those who died in the Tower of London.1
