Obituary: "A wide circle of friends will regret to learn of the death of Mrs. George Lockhart, which occurred at her house in Spring Valley at an early hour Thursday morning. The death occurred after a lingering illness which was borne cheerfully by the patient sufferer. There are left to mourn, besides her husband, nine children, as follows: John, Clifton; Rev. Emanuel, Montrose; Arthur, Truro; Alex, Prongue, Sask; Geo. and Chas. at home; Mrs. Chas. Ramsay, Summerside; Mrs. Geo. Crozier, Hamilton and Miss Lillian at home to whom The Agriculturist extends deepest sympathy. The funeral services will be held today (Friday)." Fred was a proprietor of a retail furniture store. Robert was a spring maker in a spring factory.4
