          Jacomiah Seaman and Margaret Bodee emigrated from Dutchess County, New York, with the Loyalists in June 1783, probably landing at Amherst, Nova Scotia (alternatively at Halifax). They settled in Fanningsborough, Cumberland County, Nova Scotia.
