| Death | Henry Arnold Lefurgey died on 15 November 1929 in North Tryon, Prince County, Prince Edward Island, CanadaG.
Obituary: "The death occurred on Sunday last at his home in North Tryon of Mr. Arnold Lefurgey at the age of 66 years. The deceased was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Allison Lefurgey and was born on the farm in North Tryon where he lived until his death. He was one of the most prosperous farmers of that district. Owing to his father being in poor health during his lifetime, he had practically looked after their large farm since he was but thirteen years of age. He was a man of very estimable character and held in the highest esteem by a very large circle of friends.
His widow, formerly Miss Annie Heustis of Albany, survives him; also the following children, namely: Maxwell on the homestead; A. A. Lefurgey of Brandon, Man.; Mrs. Bruce Davidson of Regina; Mrs. Frank Johnson of Summerside; and Miss Mildred of Toronto; also two sisters, Mrs. Major Heustis of Summerside and Mrs. Hugh Walker of Cape Traverse, to all of whom sincere sympathy is extended. The funeral took place on Tuesday afternoon from his late residence to the cemetery at Cape Traverse, Rev. Mr. Brinton officiating. The attendance at the funeral was an exceptionally large one; many Summerside friends were present to pay their last respects. The pallbearers were Messrs. George Wood, Martin Keough, F. W. Howatt and D. J. Thomas."1
