Biographical NoteLulu was only two years old when her father died. She was taken in by her uncle Joseph and Lilla (Henderson) Rix. Two years after that Lilla was stung by bees and succumbed to the venom. Biographical NoteGeorge was only two months old when his father died. His mother allowed some of her seven children to be takin in by several relatives. George was taken to the home of Fred & Helen (MacNeill) Hardy. Helen was a first cousin of George's father. Fred and Helen changed George's name to Keith Lockhart Hardy.2
Milit-BegHe began military service; Keith was a Flight Sergeant with the Royal Canadian Air Force during World War II, stationed out of Malta.3
DeathHe died on 9 April 1942. Keith was killed in action as a gunner while serving with the Royal Canadian Air Force in Malta.3
