Marriage	He married Elizabeth Howard Between 22 May 1425 and 31 August 1425.¹
Death	He died on 26 February 1461 in Tower Hill, London, EnglandG. he was beheaded for treason against King Edward IV. Edward was making an effort to reconcile differences with Lancastrian families, and John de Vere's son, the 13th Earl of Oxford, was allowed to succeed to his father's estates and titles.^1,2
