Census |
1881 |
, Sackville, Westmorland County, New Brunswick, Canada [4] |
- included in the household with Christopher (age 46) were his second wife Victoria Glennie (age 38), and children Ammi (age 20), Albert (age 18), Bessie (age 10) and Blanch (age 2). Also in the household were Mary Glennie (age 87) and Jane Glennie (age 35). MAry and Jane Glennie were both born in Nova Scotia, as was Victoria. Because of the closeness in age between Victoria and Jane, I assume that they are sisters. On Christopher and Victoria's marriage certificate the mother of Victoria was recorded as Rosanna Glennie. I assume that Mary Glennie in this census might be the second wife of Victoria's father James Glennie.
