Wiggins, native of St. Eleanors, P.E.I., and former rector of Sackville Parish, is survived by one daughter, Mrs. F. A. Fisher, Sackville, and two sons. The late Mrs. Wiggins was a native of Shelburne, N.S., and came to Sackville with her husband in 1880 when he became rector of St. Paul's and St. Ann's churches.
