Note	Catherine 'Kate' McLaughlin, was the second child and only daughter of Owen. She was born on the 17th of April, 1890, probably in Madison, -near Irwin, Pennsylvania. She was baptized three days later on the 20th, at Immaculate Conception Church. The 1900 Census shows her as a ten year old school girl. She left school at about fifteen, and began working as a domestic servant. In 1906, she became ill on or about her 16th birthday, April 17th and on the 19th a doctor was called in to treat her. She was diagnosed with lobar pneumonia, and she died on the 22nd of April, 1906. She is buried in the Irwin Catholic Cemetery next to her father.
