MarriageHe married Ann Charity Ramsay daughter of Archibald Ramsay and Mary Campbell,

Peter Ferguson (1845-1932) married Charity Ramsay (1849-1926) of Hamilton, Prince Edward Island, and settled in Graham's Road. In 1898, he went to the Klondike, but after a few years he returned to Prince Edward Island. Their children were Lester, Mary, Walden, Hugh John.

A. Lester Ferguson predeceased his father.

B. Mary Ferguson died in 1905.

C. Walden Ferguson died in 1913 in British Columbia.

D. Hugh john Ferguson (1892-1937) married Mabel MacKay of Springfield, and they settled on the family farm on Graham's Road. They had three children: Waldon, who married his brother's widow, Mary MacKay; Marion married J. Sutherland Montgomery; Vernon married Mary MacKay. Vernon died in 1956, aged 25 years.2
