Obituary: "Death of Stenning Williams, 92
The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital on Monday, December 31, 1990 of Stenning Williams, Tyne Valley, at the age of 92 years, son of the late Edward and Belle (Stewart) Williams. He was a member of the Tyne Valley United Church and a farmer by trade.
He is survived by the following sons and daughters: Lloyd, Hamilton, Ont.; Vernon, Charlottetown; Elaine Ramsay, Summerside; Orville, Tyne Valley; Holli MacCaull, Toronto; Douglas, Guelph, Ont.; Harry, Ont.; and Carol Joy, Charlottetown. As well, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He is also survived by one sister, Lavine Labonte, Francona, New Hampshire. He was predeceased by his wife, the former Reby Milligan, in January of 1990, a son Kenneth Williams Jr., and a daughter Frances in 1940.
Resting at the Ferguson Tyne Valley Funeral Chapel from where the funeral will be held on Wednesday at 2 p.m. with interment in Tyne Valley United Church cemetery. Visiting hours Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. If so desired, memorials to the Stewart Memorial Hospital, Tyne Valley, or the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, would be appreciated."6,2
