Enumerated in the household of Frank Morrow (age 41) were his wife, Elizabeth Galloway (age 23) and their daughters, Margaret (age 3), Lois (age 2) and Barbara (age 1). Frank was a cook in a restaurant.3
Daughter	She was enumerated on the census on 24 April 1950 in the household of Frank Todd Morrow, as a daughter, in Long Creek, Grant County, Oregon, USAG. Enumerated in the household of Frank Morrow (age 50) were his wife, Betty Galloway (age 33) and their children, Martha/Margaret (age 13), Louise/Lois (age 12), Barbara (age 12), Lillian (age 8), Danny (age 5) and Michael (age 2). Frank was a logger for a logging company.4
Death	She died on 5 July 1956, in near Dale, Grant County, Oregon, USAG; Barbara was killed in an automobile accident. Obituary: "Road Death Claims Girl "Grant county's second traffic fatality of 1956 was Miss Barbara Adel Morrow, 17-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Todd Morrow of Long Creek, who was killed about 1 a.m. today on highway 395 about eight miles south of Dale. "Miss Morrow and her sister Margaret, 19, were passengers in a 1949 Ford sedan driven by Richard Ernest Spath, 19, also of Long Creek. All three were riding in the front seat. The car failed to negotiate a curve, left the road, plunged down a 20-foot embankment and traveled 258 feet before coming to a stop, according to investigating officers. Barbara Morrow was thrown through the windshield and landed 36 feet in front of the car. "Investigating the accident were Grant county deputy sheriff Martin Braga, state police from John day and Pendleton and Grant county coroner J. Carl Driskill. "Margaret Morrow suffered a broken pelvis, a broken hip and other serious injuries. Spath's injuries were less serious, but required medical treatment. The ambulance transporting the two injured young people to the John Day general hospital was met at Long Creek by Dr. Gerold G. van der Vlugt, who gave medical treatment starting immediately. "Barbara Morrow's body was taken to Driskill's mortuary in John Day in a forest service vehicle from the Dale ranger station.
