He was the son of Richard Price and Anastatia Cody.1 
Marriage*Mathias Price married Mary Watkins on 13 May 1844.1 
Immigration*Mathias Price immigrated in 1845. Mathias was a farmer. He came to America with Mary in 1845. Their two children died young.1 
Death*He died on 15 September 1878, at age 80, in Clyde, Wisconsin.1
