Tom Hazen was a widower with two daughters - Kitty and Myrtle. Tommarried Margaret 'Madge' Ennis Between 1910 and 1912 in Seattle, KingCounty, Washington. Madge and Tom raised Kitty but Myrtle was adopted bysomeone else. Tom and Madge lived in the logging community of McMurray,Washington. Tom was killed in the early 1920's while working on a lograft. He slipped under a boom and drowned.
