Henry de Bohun was the son of Humphrey de Bohun 7th Earl of Hereford, 8th Earl of Essex, Knt. and Maud de Fiennes.1 
Battle*Henry de Bohun fought at the Battle of Falkirk, one of the major battles in the first war of Scottish independance. King Edward I led the English army to defeat the Scots led by William Wallace. The English army consisted of 15,000 men to 6,000 Scots. About 2,000 were killed on each side. Shortly after the battle Wallace resigned as Guardian of Scotland. on 22 July 1298 in Scotland.1 
Arrest*He was named in an order for arrest on 18 October 1306 for "absenting himself from Scotland before the end of the war". His brother was also named.1

Biographical Note Thomas, Earl of Lancaster, Humphrey de Bohun and several other barons, took up arms and besieged the king's favourite, Peter de Gavaston, in Scarborough. in 1312.9 
Biographical Note Peter de Gavaston surrendered, and was subsequently beheaded by Lancaster's party of barons. In October 1313 Bohun was pardoned for his participation in this event. on 19 May 1312.9 
BattleSir Humphrey de Bohun Knight, 8th Earl of Hereford fought at the Battle of Bannockburn, and taken prisoner at Bothwell. He was exchanged for Elizabeth de Burgh, wife of Robert de Brus. The Battle of Bannockburn was a significant Scottish victory in the wars of Scottish independence, when the English King Edward II was defeated by the Scottish King Robert le Brus. on 24 June 1314.9

Henry was not interested in any funeral activities following Anne's execution, nor was there a proper coffin. Her body lay on the scaffold for some time before someone, thought to have been a worker from the Tower, found an empty arrow chest, and placed her head and body inside. She was then buried in an unmarked grave in the Chapel of St. Peter ad Vincula, the parish church of the Tower of London. Her skeleton was identified during renovations of the chapel during the reign of Queen Victoria. Anne's resting place is now marked in the marble floor. This chapel is best known as the burial place of the most famous prisoners of the Tower of London.4
