Jabez was to serve as minister at the Wesley Methodist Church in Hamilton (this note from Beverly Brown Stewart). The posting was for two years, after which they settled in Prince Edward Island.⁴

Biographical Note*

She graduated from Nursing School in Charlottetown June 1930, and held the position of Assistant Nursing Superintendent when the new Prince Edward Island Hospital was opened July 4,1933. [Information provided by Beverly (Brown) Stewart.]²
