Marriage*She married William Henry Schurman, son of Elijah Hyatt Schurman and Henriann Walker, in 1886 in New London, Queens County, Prince Edward Island; William and Minnetta lived on his father's farm at Sherboroke, PEI, Canada. For a time they were in Roxbury, Massachusetts, USA, where William worked as a street car driver, but they soon returned to the Island. In 1901, William moved his family to Linkletter Rd. (a farming district near Summerside, PEI). William's second wife Amanda m(1) George Burke and had 6 children: Helen, Mabel, George, Myrtle, Jean and Fanny. William and Amanda had nochildren. Death*Eliza Minneta Leard died on 8 November 1899 in Sherbrooke, Prince County, Prince Edward Island, at age 32.3
